At 6 years old and 60 pounds small, Louie has one of the best personalities ever! He's funny, outgoing and LOVES to snuggle. He's also just CHILL -- happy to laze about all day but loves his daily walks too. He's not the kind of dog that needs a ton of exercise but he does enjoy the outdoors. Whatever little bit of exercise he does get, tuckers him out for the rest of the day! <br/><br/>One of Louie's greatest traits is that he's wonderful around kids. He shares his current foster home with a 4 year old and 7 year old and is completely tolerable of the chaos that comes along with active children. <br/><br/>When Louie wants something, he'll "talk" to you to let you know what it is. For example, a bathroom break, a walk, and even when it's time to eat. <br/><br/>When it comes to food Louie has great manners. When you feed him his meals he waits patiently and even knows to sit while you place it down on the ground. He then waits for the "go" command and proceeds to eat with his tail wagging the entire time. And when you're eating, he will sit as close to you as possible and hope to get lucky throughout the meal. <br/><br/>Another great thing about Louie is that he's left his curious puppy stage behind him. He doesn't chew things, he's fully housebroken, he adores children, knows commands, and behind closed doors, he's happy to just CHILL! <br/><br/>Louie is not a big fan of cats and other small critters, in fact we'd prefer him to be the only pet at home.
