Lola #30 Yellow Labrador Retriever Mix Killingworth, CT

Lola #30 is a 1 year old Yellow Lab mix weighing 54 lbs. She has beautiful blue eyes and a terrific smile. Lola currently lives with other dogs in her foster home and loves playing with them and zooming around the house with them. An ideal home for Lola would be a home with another dog for her to play with. She would even love to be someone's running buddy, too! When she was picked up as a stray, she had black marks above her eyes from someone drawing eyebrows on her, but as you can see in the photos, the marks are almost 100% gone!

April 11, 2021 Update from Lola's foster Mom: Lola loves swimming in the kiddie pool and sometimes swims in her water dish! She has good manners when people are eating and sleeps well in her crate at night. She likes to play with our other dogs but also likes to rest and cuddle. She knows sit and paw and takes treats gently. She needs to work on not pulling on her leash. We do not have a way to cat test Lola, so cats would not be an option for her.

ADOPTION FEES: $445 non-refundable adoption fee for all vet expenses (spay/neuter, shots, etc.) and transportation to ensure your lab gets to you in a safe, professional manner. All fees may be paid using PayPal, cashier's checks, or money orders. Labs4rescue does not accept personal checks for adoption fees. All adopters must pay their Labs4rescue adoption fee prior to the rescue shipping their dog.

Residents of Massachusetts or New Hampshire are required to pay an additional $125 fee, which defrays the cost of their state's mandatory 48 hour isolation and examination by a licensed veterinarian.
