BUNNY GOAT IS AN ABSOLUTE DOLL. She is a medium sized pup at about 35-40 lbs, and around 2 years old (maybe less). Photos make her appear larger than what she actually is (and she is the perfect size).

This girl is like no other. She earned her name from all the hopping she does, and her energy is unique in a way that cannot be described. She can be sweet & quiet - she does well in the home office with her foster during work hours. Outside of office hours, she is like a dancing ballerina, a little fox capturing every detail on what is going on around her, and also a little fairy fluttering around everywhere. She is not really a hyper girl, but she does have a lot of joyful energy.

This girl is crate-trained and possibly 100% house-trained. She has had an occasional accident here and there, however, that is possibly due to not getting her timely potty breaks. When you are around she is very good about communicating her requests to go out. She will either bounce off the door or gently paw your arm (if you are sitting).

Bunny Goat is active, playful and fun. She loves walks and could use some leash training. She looks delicate and light, however she is a big puller on the leash. She pulls like she is 3 times her weight! She also appreciates a good car ride, and expects that you will be going to the park or somewhere fun whenever you invite her. Miss Bunny Goat seems to make canine friends easily, however, she is very protective of her food with other dogs (regardless of how big or small).

Bunny Goat is a very special girl. She enjoys eating and sharing your food. If you haven’t stored any food item properly, she will find it! For those who like a perfect pup or have strict standards, she may not be the one for you. But for those who do not demand that she fit into a box based on what is considered perfect or not, she may be worth considering! Please note, this is NOT reframing a behavioral dog to make her sound better than what she is. It’s more that this girl is a free spirit, and her expression of life is so sweet & unique, that only someone who is less strict would be able to appreciate exactly who she is. We don’t want her having to become a different dog in order to please someone. She is already loveable and so easy to adore without any adjustments. Obedience training is a great idea for sure. We just want to be clear that she as she is, is not a trouble maker nor difficult at all.

We would love to match this girl with someone(s) who is active, has a fenced yard, and is willing to be amused & entertained. This girl was pulled from a shelter within hours of losing her life. We had actually come to an out of town shelter to pick up another pup, and ended up walking out with her. It was a choice we would only regret if we hadn’t made it. Bunny Goat is an absolute doll and delight, and she deserves someone who will appreciate her as exactly that (which is no challenge at all).
