Meet Lola

Lola has made so much progress in her foster home, and is officially available for adoption!!
Meet Lola! This spunky, happy go lucky gal is looking for a very special home. Lola has been diagnosed with congenital megaesophagus, and although it sounds really scary, her condition is mild and easily managed. She needs to eat upright for her meals and then sit upright for about 5 minutes after she is done with food. She is able to keep water down as long as she doesn't drink a whole bowl and then play like crazy. Having a schedule in her foster home has helped her immensely and she has been thriving.
More about Lola? She is the happiest of pups. She will wiggle her butt so hard she might knock you over! She does well with other dogs in the home after a slow introduction. Lola is a rockstar at walking nicely on a leash, and overall doesn't cause trouble. She is a little over a year and is a Golden Doodle. She would do best in an active home that can dedicate an hour a day to play and exercise her. She is crate trained and potty trained! She shows extreme interest in cats, so would likely do best in a home without them or with dog savvy cats that will put her in her place. If you are interested in adopting Lola, please fill out an application at luckypawsmidwest.org
Lola's Adoption Fee is $500 plus WI Sales Tax.
