Lobo German Shepherd Dog & Husky Mix Cincinnati, OH

Lobo ("wolf" in Spanish) is a 6-year-old 50 pound German Shepherd/Husky mix with a heart of absolute gold. He is friendly towards all people as soon as he meets them, is a huge cuddle monster, and just loves to lay back and relax with the people he loves! He is house-trained and crate-trained, although he would much prefer to be left on the couch when his humans leave because he is much more comfortable and will not get into anything. He would do best in a family that is able to give him lots of attention and take him on a decent walk every day (3-4 miles, combined or broken up), because he loves nothing more in life than head scratches, tummy rubs, and romps through the neighborhood. He is quirky in all the best ways, with big ears that shoot back when he's excited and paws that go out to the side when he runs and jumps. He is not fostered with other animals or kids, but he has befriended all those he meets on walks. He gets a little flustered when other dogs get up in his face and don't back down, but don't we all? Lobo would be the perfect addition to a family looking to add a dependable, hilarious, and loyal bundle of fur to their household. His adoption fee is $250.00.

All of our dogs come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
