This 8-year-old, 10-pound Chihuahua-Terrier mix may only have one eye, but she sees the world with a heart full of love and a spirit that won't quit. She's sassy, spunky, and absolutely irresistible!

Little Rascal does have some medical needs that we're working through, including mammary masses and a much-needed dental, but she's a trooper through it all. She's looking for a forever home where she can be loved, spoiled, and treated like the little queen she is.
