Little Missy Beagle & Pug Mix Oklahoma City, OK

This adorable Hound is Little Missy!

Little Missy is an approximately 10-month old female Beagle/Pug mix and will weigh around 25-30 lbs. as an adult. She was rescued from a small shelter in Oklahoma.

Besides being adorable, Little Missy is a fun dog! She loves to play and wrestle with her foster sibling. She will need lots of toys and chew bones and you will need to keep up things off the floor that you don’t want Little Missy to claim as her own! She is an affectionate girl who loves her cuddles and snuggling, especially at bedtime. She plays with all the dogs at doggy daycare. She is an active and energetic little thing when she plays, so another active dog around her size would be ideal for Little Missy.

Being a Beagle, she is often led by her nose and will dig or climb a fence to see what is on the other side. She definitely needs a smooth-faced and secure stockade fence. If kept active with exercise, she will have less time to contemplate what treasures lie just outside her fence. She definitely needs to be included in family activities.

Little Missy can occasionally bless you with the song of her people, but she is not an excessive barker. She is not crated at her foster home and is house-trained to a doggy door, so she may need some assistance with this in a new environment.

She is spayed, current on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200.

Since Little Missy is in boarding at a doggy daycare, she is available as a foster-to-adopt or just to foster.
