Story of the three puppies:
Shrimpy, Linguine, and Alfredo were rescued from the low income city of Brawley, CA located near the US border with Mexico. They are now being cared for by a foster in Orange, CA. The mom of the three puppies was rescued around 3 months ago from Mexico by a family who had relatives in Mexicali. The family of the three puppies did not know that the mom was pregnant when they rescued her and they did not expect her to give birth. When they discovered that the mom is pregnant, they decided to relinquish her to a shelter.
Luckily, PetEmber has a network of volunteers in the Brawley, CA as there are so many dogs there that are not Spayed/neutered and they need to be rescued and saved. Our volunteers has received the relinquishment request from the owner of the mom and Immediately asked our volunteers to take possession of the mom. The mom was then transported to Orange, CA to stay with a foster. Our experienced foster took care of the mom for couple weeks until she safely gave birth to 3 healthy puppies.
The puppies were fed by their mom and their nutrition was assisted by bottle feeding until they started eating puppy food.
All 3 puppies received a shot of 5-in 1 at the first week of April and received a Bordetella shot at the second week of april. They are still missing three boosters of the 5-in 1 vaccines and a booster for Bordetella. One of these boosters will be administered on April 30, 2021 by our rescue 2 days before the puppies get adopted. The last two booster must be administered by the adopter as a period of 3 weeks to a month is required between each booster of the vaccines.
The puppies have been dewormed, Fecal tested, and completed bloodwork. A report from our veterinarian and all health paperwork will be handed to the adopter at the time of the meet and greet.
The rescue will cover the Spay/neuter surgeries of the three puppies when they become of age.
All puppies have been Microchipped and they are healthy and good to find a forever home.
Behavioral-wise, all 3 puppies are sweet, super fluffy (Photos do not describe how beautiful they are). They are good with other puppies. Good with children and people.
The puppies are small and they will be still small when full grown. They weight on average 6.7 Ibs.
