Meet Lindy Lou
Lindy Lou was on death row at a local shelter because of space.
"Lindy Lindy Lou, where are you? If I'm lucky, then I'm chasing a ball! I am a 1-2 year old energetic border collie/Lab mix that LOVES balls! I love chasing them, collecting them, chewing them, and just having them near me! I also love to run and play with my dog friends and squeaky toys!
I was kept outside so I am still working on my manners, but my foster family is teaching me how to be a great pet and I hope my new furever family will continue to teach me how to be a good girl! I already know sit and lay down! I will do best with an experiences and active family that likes to take me on walks and throw a ball for me. I am smart so I am learning very fast.
Having a best dog friend would be a huge bonus, but we need to be sure they arent choosy about their dogs friends and do very slow introductions since I am still learning my play manners, as well. I get worked up when I see other dogs so I may intimidate them with my excitement. I do great with children, but due to my size and energy level, older children may be best. I am 1-2 years old and 52 lbs, but I definitely need to gain a few lbs says my foster Mom.
