This adorable girl is Lily, a 12 months old, mixed breed who currently weighs approximately 40 pounds. Lily looks to be a mix of Shepherd and Greyhound. She is very good with other dogs, small to large sized, and seems comfortable with cats; Lily lived successfully with middle school aged children. She can be a bit shy and standoffish when first meeting new people but warms up with some treats in a short period of time.<br/><br/>Lily absolute loves to play with toys, as well as run around the yard and play with the other dogs. <br/>She still has a lot of puppy energy and would benefit from a basic training class; however, she has done very well in her foster home, is housebroken on a routine. Sadly, sweet Lily was surrendered to our rescue after a family tragedy.<br/><br/>ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: Lily requires a fenced-in yard, and another active and very playful dog with whom to buddy because she still has a lot of puppy energy. Because Lily was crated excessively in her original home, we are seeking an adopter who is home more than not. She is crate trained and goes into her crate on command. <br/><br/>This dog has been examined by licensed veterinarians, provided vaccinations, been tested for heartworm and tick-borne diseases, spayed, wormed, and microchipped.
