Meet Lily! This brindle beauty is an amazing gal! She is a 5-year-old, 56 LB mix who is full of love. Lily is affectionate, playful and loves nothing more than to play fetch and entertain herself with her toys. Give this girl a ball and she’ll be your best friend for life! As much as she loves romping around outside, she is on her best behavior in the house. She is well-mannered inside and gets along great with her cat and dog foster siblings. I mean, just look at that photo of her on neighborhood watch with her feline friend! Lily is potty-trained, knows how to sit on command, does well on the leash, and is still learning that a crate is her safe space. She lost her owner which is how she ended up in the shelter, so sometimes new situations can make her nervous and she will bark. She just needs reassurance and confidence that she is safe and we feel with time, training, and stability she will be more comfortable.If you are looking for a pup that will join you for adventures but also mellow out in the house, Lily is your girl! She’s the perfect medium-energy gal who would love to join you on your walks and hikes and is just as happy curling up on the couch after the day’s adventures.
