Lilly Chihuahua & Pug Mix Rochester, MN

Hi my name is Lilly. I am a ten year old chihuahua/rat terrier snuggle bug. My foster mom says I’m an amazing girl. I absolutely LOVE snuggling on the couch and playing with my toys. I have a snake toy that I’ve had since I was just a baby, that’s my favorite one! I get along with the dogs and cats in my foster home. I don’t mind getting baths either! We went to see Santa earlier this month. I told him that I wanted a furever home. Are you my person?

Lilly is such a sweet dog. We have a game called “sniffing for snacks” that we play with the dogs at our house. I throw a bunch of treats out into the yard and the dogs have to sniff them out. They love this and it’s so good for them. Everyone has a nice nap after we are done with this game. When she had her intake exam, our vet said she was a “gold star chihuahua”. She really is. She loves everyone she meets. She’s a little nervous of people petting her right away but that doesn’t last long. When it’s bedtime we say, “let’s go to bed” and it’s a race up the steps to see who can get there first. Lilly was pretty reserved when she got here but after a few days, her sweet personality started to show. She likes to go for walks and rides in the car too.
