Meet Lil Mammas!!

We scooped up this tiny girl from our local shelter when she was out of time. She is about 10-12 years young, 5 pounds and has some medical issues that we have addressed but she has some irreversible progressive disease that one can only use supportive care and love for at this point. She has kidney disease and will need a home that understands this means she will need regular checkups and possible fluid supplementation occasionally. She also has a very picky appetite but we have found a fabulous diet for her that she loves and that is good for her. She takes a kidney supplement daily to help to support her health. She received all other vetting and a long overdue dental from her rescue. Also she was spayed by us and we found a very overused pyometra uterus and we were very thankful we removed it when we did. She is a senior who wants her own forever home to live out her golden years in. She deserves this!!!

Mammas is the cutest low maintenance dog. Perfect senior pup! She doesn’t require much attention as she is perfectly content hanging around the house and going outside to do her business when she needs. She is not a fan of the leash or walks, but is very comfortable using dog doors, so her perfect home would need a nice backyard.

Once she warms up to you, she is a very sweet and loving dog. She loves back scratches and warm snuggles but can be extremely hesitant with strangers. She does get a long with other pets and wants attention.
