Lil German Shorthaired Pointer Redmond, WA

Hi! My name is Lil and I'm the sweetest 6-year-old girl you'll ever meet! There's nothing that I love more than spending every waking moment with my human. I'll follow you around everywhere and I love going on hiking adventures, swimming, supervising yard work or even just hanging out in the house and napping on the couch. (As long as I'm within one foot of my person.)

I'm a really good girl and I've never chewed anything up or run away from home. I'm a big snuggler and will need a home that lets me on the furniture and maybe even in bed with them. I know how to use a treadmill! I get along with other dogs well enough, but mostly I only care about my humans. I go to doggy daycare and have some doggy siblings that I get along well with. Unfortunately, one of my doggy siblings is a herding dog that felt the need to keep biting me, so I finally nipped back and now I need to find a new home. I like boy dogs more than girl dogs.

I don't know how well I'd get along with kids, since I've never really spent much time around them. I'm not a good fit for small animals, like bunnies, since I am a hunting dog and have been known to hunt them. My prey drive isn't strong enough to take me out to a field to flush pheasants though.

Basically, I need a family that is going to spoil me to bits and never wants to go into a room alone again!
