Dogs on 12 months heartworm prevention

Liberty is a super sweet 3 year old lady weighing about 25 lbs. She was cosigned to a breeder dog auction and her freedom was secured by Leia's Hope.

Liberty is a very loving lady that wants to be with her person. She will jump on the couch to be with you, jump on your legs to be petted and follow you until you sit down to be petted. Cavaliers are bred to be companion dogs and Liberty is definitely that! She loves to carry a stuffed animal with her wherever she goes and she will play fetch. She is good with the other dogs in the home, but can be dominant with female dogs and would be best suited living with male dogs or as the only pet. Liberty is crate trained and goes in her crate when foster mom leaves the home and at night. She would love to have a person to sleep with though.

Liberty is considered a flight risk and does not know how to walk on a leash. She will require a secure fully fenced yard. We do not accept electric fences as secure.




Liberty's adoption fee is $365. She will be spayed at time of adoption. She is current on vaccines, microchipped and on flea and heart worm prevention. Visit our website for our application leiashope.org.

IT CAN TAKE AT LEAST 7 DAYS TO PROCESS AN APPLICATION SOMETIMES LONGER DEPENDING ON VOLUNTEER AVAILABILITY AND NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE ARE VOLUNTEERS WITH FAMILIES AND FULL TIME JOBS AND DOGS OF OUR OWN TO CARE FOR.
