Meet Libby
Libby is a GSP mix approximately 1 1/2 years old. This beautiful girl was an owner dump. Despite her circumstances, she LOVES everybody and all other dogs. She has lots of puppy energy and loves to play but also loves to snuggle and cuddle with her foster mom.
Libby is learning her house manners and is eager to have a real home and a real family that will love her and take her for long walks.
