Liam is ready for his forever home! This 7 year old Lhasa Apso was rescued from a terrible hoarding/backyard breeder situation with 28 other Lhasa's who had all been living outside! Horrifying. This sweet boy gets along with other dogs and is loving learning how to live in a home with his foster family.
