Lexi came to us from a local shelter as she was so scared to come away from the wall her chances of being adopted were slim. She is between 1.5 – 2 years old and ready to start her life. Lexi is a fun and eager puppy who thrives on the attention and love from her people. She is super shy at first but after she gets use to you, she is a super happy girl who loves to play with her people and dog friends. She is now starting to explore new places on foot, and is ok with short car rides, long car trips are not good. Lexi has great house manners is crate trained and can relax hanging out. Lexi will blossom with a confident and experienced handler. Lexi will do best in a quiet home with a fenced in yard and another male dog buddy to grow old with. She is better with women, sadly most men scare her, but not all men – so it all depends on how she feels about you if you are male. Her timid yet loving personality is contagious and everyone who patiently takes the time to meet her, falls in love. She is looking for a strong and competent companion who will guide and support her to build up her confidence. We are recommending at least one visit with her at her foster home where she is most comfortable. If all goes well, we will bring her to your home.
