Hi my name is Legit Can Fly and I will be 3 years old in December. My
Birthday is 12-23-17. I am a beautiful dark brindle girl who loves
attention, gives kisses, have a lot of energy but still enjoy taking naps. I
am being fostered in Cedar Rapids with my foster mom’s greyhound,
Piper. I love being around other greyhounds. I don’t currently live with
a cat but I am cat correctable. With my energy level I would do well
with older children as I do still jump when I get excited and I may
unintentionally knock smaller children down.
Legit loves to be where you are in your home and also loves to be
outside with you. She loves to lay down on her beds or the floor.
She loves squeaky toys! She can do stairs and is not afraid of slick
floors. She loves her meals and eats quickly. If you have another dog in
the house she will go over to that bowl and continue to eat all of their
food!

This dog is being fostered in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Area. We do not ship dogs. Adopters must be committed to meeting the dog in the area it is being fostered.

The adoption fee for HGA is $300.00. This fee pays for medical costs including spay/neuter surgery, shots, parasite treatments, teeth cleaning, microchip and microchip registration fee. Each dog also comes with a special sighthound collar and leash set and muzzle. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee that is applied to an approved adoption.
