Larz Shepherd Mix Carrollton, GA

Larz is a 1 1/2-year-old Shepherd mix with a handsome brindle coat and a big ole smile plastered on his face most of the time! Larz loves to exercise and play. He needs a home where he could stretch his legs and let out his energy. He looooves walks, toys, peanut butter, smiling, meeting new humans, and window browsing with our friends at Underground Books. While not a fan of bath time (because baths bring out the silly curls near his tail) he'll tolerate them for someone who loves him. He walks very well on a leash, but because he does enjoy jumping up to give hugs, he might not be the best fit for a home with small children. Larz is a very fun-loving and goofy guy who will love just as hard as he will play! We are unsure how Larz does with other dogs, so a meet-n-greet would be best if you have other dogs in the home. This goofy, energetic, and handsome boy is looking for a home ready to spoil him with undivided attention, and in return he'd give you his whole heart!

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
