Lambie is a Special Needs Pup - she is blind.

Lambie is a special girl and looking for her special human.

This tiny blind baby was dumped at a park in Houston (known for dumping dogs) to fend for herself where she was surrounded by coyotes. She was found by a good Samaritan and taken into rescue. We don't understand how anyone could just throw out a defenseless blind dog like that and go on with their lives without a thought or concern.

Lambie is a miniature poodle mix and looks just like a little lamb even with a short tail.

Per vet, Lambie is 6/7 years old and weighs 8 lbs. She is fully vetted.

This tiny little girl may be blind but that does not hold her back from enjoying life just like any other dog. She adapts to her surroundings fairly well once she has figured out the new home.
Best is a home without stairs or a way they can be blocked like with a baby gate to keep this little baby safe.

Little Lambie is crate-trained and house-trained. She tolerates other dogs but bouncy ones sure make her a bit nervous. She may do best as an only dog in the home.

Lambie can get a little protective of her food bowl because she can't see who is approaching. When uncertain and scared she makes little growling sounds and just needs reassurance she is safe and everything is ok.
