Meet LAMBCHOP

Meet Lambchop... a tiny, 7-year-old, 5-lb. Poodle who is looking for his forever home, along with his Dachshund 'brother', Jake (also listed on Petfinder.com). Unfortunately, his guardian passed away, leaving them homeless. Since they have been together for many years, we are only adopting them together.

Lambchop's a perfect little boy who is so very loving and happy, and gets along with everybody. He's also housetrained and crate trained, but needs to go out often to 'potty'. He and Jake sleep together at night, in their crate.

We are looking for a home and family for Lambchop and Jake that will be home much of the day so they can be let out to 'potty' during the day. A fenced yard is also necessary... for their safely, and also since they love to run and play, and lay outside, basking in the sunshine.

Lambchop is neutered, microchipped, current on his Rabies and DHP/Parvo vaccines. He tested negative for heartworms and is on heartworm and flea prevention.

Lambchop and Jake's adoption fee... for the pair... is $400.00

Forever Home Canine Rescue offers a 3-week trial period with all our adoptions, just to be sure that the pet is a good match for the adoptive family. The fee is refunded if the adoption does not work out within the trial period. We want to be sure that each of our pets will have the perfect “forever” home!

If you are interested in Lambchop and Jake, and think they may be your ideal canine companions, please visit our website at foreverhomek9rescue.org for information on our adoption process. To get an application, you can cut and paste this link to our online application: http://foreverhomek9rescue.org/adoption-application. You may also download an application from our website, or e-mail us at foreverhomeK9rescue@yahoo.com for additional information or to request an application.

Forever Home Canine Rescue adopts out-of-state, but we never “ship” or “transport” our pets. An approved adopter must come to North Carolina to meet their new canine companion and then take him/her back home with them.
