Meet Lafayette, the charming young gentleman who's taking steps to discover the brighter side of life! This sweet Labradoodle is working hard to gain confidence and is ready for a calm, understanding home where he can continue to blossom.
Lafayette has been doing well in his foster home, getting along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids. He's a ladies' man at heart and warms up to men with a little extra time and patience. Although he's still easily startled, with gentle reassurance, Lafayette is making progress exploring new things.
Recently groomed, he had to be shaved down, but his beautiful coat will grow back, making him quite the handsome head-turner! Fully housebroken and crate trained, Lafayette would thrive in a quieter household that will provide the loving stability he needs to grow into the confident and loyal companion he's meant to be.
