SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR LADY CHEYENNE:
1. CHILDREN OVER 10
2. NO CATS OR OTHER SMALL ANIMALS

2 year old female herding breed mix, about 38 pounds.
Lady Cheyenne is an incredibly affectionate girl! A little shy to warm up at first, she wants nothing more than to snuggle and get pet all day long!
Being true to her breed, she needs to be in a home without cats or small children as she tries to herd and chase them! She is great on walks and great with other dogs of all sizes, but will defend her bone a little to rough with a small dog. She sometimes wants to cuddle a little too much - but responds very well to “off” and crossed arms! She isn’t a barker so would do fine in an apartment but she would really prefer to be in a home with a big yard to explore. She is eager to please and a very quick learner! Lady Cheyenne is a fantastic dog and can’t wait to be your new best friend!
Lady Cheyanne came to us from a Montana Reservation pregnant with one pup who is not yet available.

Smidget Rescue is not a shelter, and dogs cannot be seen at the Rescue location. All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters. If your home seems like a great fit for the dog you would like to adopt, you must then drive to meet the dog at one of our weekend events or at the fosters home.
