Lacey Lou's Story

Lacey Lou has found her forever home with Shannon S of Waltham

Lacey Lou! This cutie will be available to meet and greet at Open House on Monday, November 24th from 3-5 pm (at 106 Adams Street, Medfield, MA 02052). She is an adorable hound mix (listed breed is our best guess) who is an estimated 7 months of age. Lacey Lou and her brothers (Leo Cuddly and Luke- who've been adopted) were rescued in Arkansas three months ago from a hoarding situation.

Lacey Lou is settling nicely into her New England foster home where she is learning to play with both her foster dogs and cats. She has been working on house training and making great strides. Lacey Lou's confidence is increasing, and she enjoys being social with her human and dog foster family. She enjoys her crate for sleeping and for her safe space. Overall Lacey Lou is described as a sweet girl who loves to play, chew her toys, and then cuddle up for nap time.

As a puppy, Lacey Lou will need a family with the time and patience to work on her training. If you can give this cutie her forever home, please submit an electronic application today at this link:
https://www.foreverhomerescue.org/about

Adoption fee: $550
Adoption coordinator: Hannah/Beth

Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. You must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.

All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.
Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee.
Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements.

Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs.
Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors.
Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.

Also, please note our open houses which occur most every week at foreverhomerescue.org. You can see when we are open and also which dogs will be at each open house. Dogs marked 'out of town' will not usually be at open houses until they are local.
