Korra and Juliette Chihuahua & Shih Tzu Mix Oakland, CA

Korra (the fluffier one) is a 9 year old, 18 lb Shih Zhu/Chihuahua mix.
Juliet is an 8 year old, 9 pound Chiweenie
They are looking to stay together and to live the rest of their lives together!
Cora loves to cuddle on or under blankets or just on your lap. She prefers squeaky toys or mini tennis balls. She loves to all out run in open fields and likes going on long walks and is mostly quiet. She's great with adults. Okay with kids and other pets. She does not like loud noises such as voices or objects falling on the floor. She will let you know if she needs to use the bathroom, by jumping on the door or sitting by the door and staring at you. She loves to go for walks and to the beach and on hikes. She is fine at the dog park but prefers people over dogs. She is familiar with a doggie door. She has not had any accidents at her foster home. She is overall healthy and did get a dental recently and had three teeth removed but other than that is healthy. Cora is definitely in tune with her humans. If she feels you are sad or depressed, she will come and lick you on the face and cuddle with you until you feel better.

Juliet loves to cuddle on or under blankets too. She prefer squeaky toys or mini tennis balls as well. She loves to run really fast and will actively chase squirrels, birds, and small rodents. She likes going for long walks and is content with being held. She loves to cuddle and to sit with you if you sit down anywhere. She's great with adults and she's okay with kids and other pets. She does not like beeping noises like smoke detectors, fire alarms or bicycle bells. She will let you know if she needs to use the bathroom by going to the front door and lightly growling or barking or jumping on the door. She loves going to beaches and going on hikes. It's her two favorite things. She's okay with dog parks, but it's not her favorite. She's familiar with a doggie door and is potty trained and has had not had any accidents in her foster home.

These two girls would love to go to a home where people are home most of the time because they do love to be around people. They're very sweet and cuddly and just want to be a part of the family. They would prefer to go to a home without children or a house with kids over the age of 12. They are not into loud noise or ruckus at all. They do have great energy and love to play, but are definitely more on the mellow side.
If you are looking for two potty trained, love going for walks, great cuddling buddies and movie watchers etc...then these two are for you! They easily adapt and just want to be loved!
