Meet Kona
Kona, a sweet and gentle 2-year-old German Shepherd with a heart full of love for both people and other dogs. Though Kona had a challenging start in life with a previous fracture that didn't heal properly, leading to prematurely closed growth plates and some arthritis, she doesn't let it slow her down. While she does limp occasionally, Kona’s resilience shines through as she continues to enjoy exploring her world, going for walks, and spending quality time with her favorite humans and furry companions.
Despite her physical limitations, Kona’s loving and easygoing nature makes her a wonderful companion. She’s content to take things at her own pace, but her spirit remains strong, and she’s always eager for affection and companionship. Kona is looking for a home that understands her needs and appreciates the quiet joy she brings to those around her.
