Koko #3 Chocolate Labrador Retriever Killingworth, CT

Koko #3 was found by an older couple who loved her. They could not afford to take her to the vet so they turned her over to us. Koko has an issue with her left shoulder. It turns in from an old injury it appears. You would never know it was a problem for her since she runs and plays and even digs in the dirt at times. Koko is sweet and loves everone, two or four legged. She will be seen by a specialist. If you are interested in Koko please fill out an application.

December 28, 2017 Update from Koko's Foster Mom: Koko has an absolutely wonderful, loving, Labrador personality. She is great with kids and I would be comfortable for her to be around children of all ages. She is excellent with cats and loves other dogs. She enjoys car rides and going for hikes. Koko is calm in the house, she lays down in whatever room I'm in. She doesn't grab and chew thing that aren't hers. She's housetrained and crate trained, although she doesn't need to be crated. She sleeps all night without a sound. She doesn't have food aggression and doesn't beg when I'm eating. Koko pulls and needs more work on her leash training.
