Hi! My name is Koda! I am almost a year old and weigh about 20 lbs. Supposedly I am a mix of mini Aussie and poodle, but who really knows! All I know is everyone says whatever I am I’m 100% cute! I’ve been told I don’t shed much but I do shed so I’m definitely not good if you are looking for a low/no shedding dog.

Since coming into rescue I have learned lots of things! I am completely house trained, I know how to sit, shake and lay down. (when I lay down I also roll over, for belly rubs, which are my favorite!) I love to go on hikes and car rides, and when my dish is empty I am very helpful and will bring it to you as a gentle reminder that it’s dinnertime. ?

I absolutely LOVE kids and would love a family with kids I can play with. And if you go camping and hiking and fishing, I would be the perfect companion for you! I get along great with other dogs and would love to have another dog around my same size and energy level to play with. I do have lots of energy (I AM still a puppy after all!) but I’m also a big fan of cuddling with you on the couch.

REQUIREMENTS: A fenced yard is required. Koda needs an active family who will give him plenty of exercise. Another similar size/energy dog would be preferred. Kids ok. Cats OK. Koda would fit in a variety of homes.
