Knuckles has found his forever home in Boston.
Knuckles is a 6-month-old, Lab/Boxer mix puppy who weighs 35 pounds. He has a medium/high energy level. Knuckles is very sweet and loving, but a bit shy with new people. He warms up after about 5 minutes. He is eager to learn and listens well for his age. Knuckles has never met a cat. He has been doing well with his house training, but he's not been crate trained. If you have the energy to take on a puppy, please apply today. Puppies are best-suited for families with children 5 and up. Knuckles' adoption fee is $475.

Please complete an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.
