Kiwi is a cutie! However, don't let these good looks fool you! He's not the nicest guy on the planet. He is 2 years old and probably a Shih Tzu/ Poodle mix. He can be the sweetest lil guy, but he also has a mean streak, if he gets scared. He will not be going to a home with children. He would never bite his foster mom or Dad. He trusts them and they can do anything to him. He is easy going with anyone that he knows and trusts. Super cuddly and sweet and wants love and affection. They know him very well though. He can be a "fear nipper." If he thinks you are going to hurt him, he might nip. We have no idea what he has been thru in the past. We just know where he is today and he is a great boy that wants to go to a quiet home without any dogs or too many humans. He would like to go to a home with a senior citizen! He would be perfect. He doesn't need to play with other dogs or too many walks. He loves being in the yard and prefers to use the yard to do his duties. He walks well on leash and would love to go for walks. He would make a perfect companion for a calm household. He has good energy and is content with playing with toys and chasing the ball in the house.

We are looking for a special home that will take the time to get to know him. That won't force him into giving kisses on the first date! Or meeting new people all day. He just wants to live a quiet life and be besties and play, eat and cuddle with one or two adult humans. We don't think that's too much to ask. He's waiting for the perfect match!
