Meet Kit
Kit (short for Kitsune which means fox) is just a year old, spayed vaccinated and microchipped. She is so beautiful! She also has the softest fur we have ever felt! Because she is so adorable, everyone wants to pet her, but she is very nervous with new people.
She came to us from Tijuana and was so scared when she first arrived. She did allow us to pet her but was very awkward and she didn't come up to us on her own for a couple days. Once she did though, she became the most loyal pup ever! She will follow you everywhere and never want to leave your side. She loves to sleep in bed snuggled up with you. She gets so attached, we have had some issues with her being protective of her person so she will need to be taught boundaries.
She will need a patient person willing to give her time to trust. We think she would do best in a home without children. She does get along wither other dogs and cats but would be fine being the center of attention also.
Kit is pretty active. She is very alert and likes to hunt lizards and small rodents outside. She would do great on hikes or long walks and she also does well in a car. She hates being crated but doesn't have accidents in the house so we haven't needed to.
