Kira Vizsla Mix Oklahoma City, OK

Kira is a beautiful, sweet,2.5-year-old Vizsla mix girl who has all the potential in the world for the right person. She grew up feral, so she is still very timid and submissive; but once she trusts you, she’s impossible to get rid of! You will get all the love you can handle!! She will need consistent training work and a patient hand; but she will be so worth it for someone willing to take the time. She is great with other dogs, great with kids (though she is sometimes gets scared of them). We have never seen her with cats or other pets, but with her current demeanor, we don’t see her having a problem with them.

Kira is exceptionally athletic, and does best when she is able to work out her energy. She won’t tear things up, but her anxiety goes way down and she’s more calm. She would be great with a runner, or other highly active person(s). She is great on a leash and on the trail, such a good trail buddy!!

Our recommendation is an active home with other dogs and older, or no, children. She will be alright as a solo pet, but we think she will thrive more and settle in faster with canine companionship. This little angel will be the bright spot in someone’s life who is willing to take a chance on a weirdo!
