Meet Kipper

Kipper came from a very bad part of town in Dallas and was running aimlessly. He was not chipped and no owners came forward. He is an absolute doll! He weighs about 8 lbs and is a very happy boy. He is MUCH cuter than this picture so we will more up soon.. He is still not very photogenic and so adorable in person. He is playful, happy and likes other dogs. He is about 2 years old and ready to find his forever home.
