Kimiko German Shepherd Dog Mix Brantford, ON

Kimiko (Kimi) is a sweet and social girl who arrived from Northern Manitoba on August 8th with her siblings. Kimi is a shoe girl, she LOVES shoes!!! She will steal your shoes and your heart!

Her confidence has improved since arriving and she loves to explore! She can go up and down the stairs by herself now and both of her ears have popped. She is very affectionate and playful. She's great with kids, and other dogs (seen playing with her fosters dog in the video) and a real pleasure to have in your home! Kimiko is crate trained and is doing wonderfully—she now sleeps through the night in her crate without issues. She likes it when she knows that someone else is in the room with her when she's sleeping at night. Once her fosters wake up, she gets up and they go directly outside for her to pee/poo. She is getting a lot better walking on the leash too! She loves a nap after a nice walk. She'll wake up after a few hours and then repeats the puppy cycle (food, water, play, walk).

When she’s not in her crate, Kimiko has learned to sit by the back door when she needs to go out, showing just how smart and well-mannered she is. She’s also quite brave and loves to explore, especially when she’s keeping up with her foster family's dog. She even had her first boat ride!

Kimiko is eating well and thriving in her foster home, and she’s ready to bring her sweet and courageous spirit to her forever family. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion, Kimiko is the perfect pup to complete your family! (Breed is unknown mix and a picture of her mom included in her pictures). She currently almost 16 weeks old and weighs close to 19 pounds.
