Meet Kimi!
Sweet Kimi is searching for her forever family! This gorgeous girl, estimated to be around 2 years old, found herself in a crowded shelter in Lubbock County and was in urgent need of a soft place to land. Thankfully, she's now safe and sound and ready to find her happily ever after!
Don't let the "Akita" in her potential mix fool you - Kimi is on the smaller side for the breed, making her a wonderfully manageable size. What she lacks in stature, she more than makes up for in sweetness and love! Kimi is an absolute sweetheart who adores people and gets along with other dogs she has met so far with a slow introduction. Rough play doesn't suit her style. If you're looking for a friendly and affectionate companion, Kimi might just be your girl!
Kimi is a lady who enjoys her strolls and would make a fantastic walking buddy. She also has some adorable quirks that make her extra special! She absolutely loves it when you hold her paw – we are still trying to figure out what she is trying to say! And if you want to see her tail wag with excitement, offer her a frozen Kong! It's one of her favorite treats!
While Kimi has had a few litters in her past, those days are over! She is now spayed and ready to focus on being a cherished member of your family.

Cat homes: If the dog has not lived in a foster home with cats, the home will not be considered since we can not safely say they are good with cats. In Lola's case, she has not lived in a home with cats.
PFR ADOPTION FEE:
$500 (includes transport)
All directly adopted dogs come vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered, if 6 months or older require a negative heartworm test, and up to date on flea & tick preventative and heartworm preventative if applicable. Your adoption allows us to continue our mission. Thank you for opting to adopt!
