Kevin is a tad shy - needs gentle playmate.

Meet Kevin! Lil' Kev is a 12-16wk old pitty mix cutie pie. Kevin came
to us after having been chained to a tree and abandoned and then
rescued by a Good Samaritan who saved his life and got him into
rescue. Kevin LOVES to play, he will require a home with a fenced in
yard to be able to chase all the tennis balls, and run and play. He
would also love to have a playful doggy sibling that he can play with-
he loves his buddies! Kevin will be your little shadow and loves to
learn new things about his world. He sleeps and spends the work day in
a crate to help with his potty training, and does really well. He is
still working on potty training- he knows outside is where you go, but
sometimes playing is just so much fun, stopping to go outside is just
not worth it! Kevin sniffs, but is really gentle with my cat (he's not
as much fun as his foster brother anyway.) Kevin hasn't been around
many kids but I'm sure he would do fine with respectful children (kids
must be old enough that they're steady on their feet.) If you're
looking for a buddy that will immediately steal your heart and have
lots of love, tennis balls and nylabones to give- Kevin might be your
dude!

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally, if fencing is required it must be a physical fence and in place at time of home visit.

All our dogs have been treated for worms; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchip; and examined by veterinarian and given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption.
