Hi, I'm Kenny. I am really excited to find a family of my own to love. Don't get me wrong, I love my foster home and my foster mom and dad are great. Dad is awesome because he shares his ice cream with me! I just know that it's temporary and I can't wait to find my forever home.

I'm a good boy. I'm quiet and I don't get into trouble in the yard. I LOVE toys. Especially squeaky and crinkly ones! I LOVE FOOD...even more than toys! Admittedly, I could be a little better about stealing food. My foster parents have caught onto my tricks though darn it! They push stuff I want way back on the counter and I can't reach it. I do manage to get a dish towel or pot holder now and then, but they don't taste very good! ?

I am housetrained. I like playing chase with my foster doggie siblings. I try so hard not to bark at the cats ? because my foster mom tells me not to, but sometimes I just can't help myself! They don't really seem to care so I don't see what the big deal is! ?

I like to chill out in my crate during the day and am well-behaved in it when left home alone. I like to be with my people at night and sleep all night without bothering anyone. I'm still a little nervous around people, but I am trying very hard to overcome my fears. I just need a little more time and patience and I promise I'm going to overcome it! I have been enjoying getting lots of petting lately. I used to think it was too scary to let someone pet me, but now I think it's pretty great! ?

Kenny is almost 2 years old and weighs about 28 lbs. He is crate and house trained. He needs a patient adopter willing to give him time to get adjusted to his new environment, but they will be rewarded with a wonderful family dog. Kenny will do best with children 10 and older. Kenny is being fostered south of Boston and is available for visits.
