Meet Kenna
Adorable? Check. Playful? Check. Amazing Companion? Check. What more could you ask for?!
Kenna is a curious and active explorer treating each day like it’s the best day! She loves to climb – future hiking partner? I think so! – and is always excited for every adventure with her family. As you can probably guess from her breeds, activity will be an important part of this sweetheart’s life. She’s not picky - as long as it is a fun, active adventure with her humans, she is happy!
At 3mo, Kenna is learning the ins and outs of being a dog. House-training is a work-in-progress, and she is almost there! She is super smart too and cannot wait to continue to learn new tricks and things in her forever home.
Squeaky toys are a favorite! She also enjoys playing with other dogs and would love to continue socialization in her forever home. And while she has not met any kids, we think she would do just fine if there were dog-savvy kids in her forever home.
Kenna is still getting used to wearing a leash – it’s kind of a weird feeling ya know?? She has really liked having a fenced in yard to do her business on her terms and of course to play around in so that is something she is looking for in her forever home.
Nail trims, thunder, and noises when it’s dark – she’s not in love with those things but that does not stop her from tongue out smiling pretty much all the time!
Kenna is really looking for a home with a yard. She is an active pup who loves to adventure and needs space to run. She is full of energy and love, which may be too much for dogs who do not want to play.
Kenna will melt your heart and make you smile, and she can’t wait to meet you!

Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 90-mile radius of Minneapolis; however, we will consider up to 250 miles if the adopter is willing to drive to cities as needed.
