Activity level: Moderate
Friendly with: dogs and people. He is super laid back and easy going. He is not cat-friendly though.
Sleep style: I sleep on a dog bed
Meals: high quality kibble. I enjoy my food, but will then head over to siblings’ bowls to see if they have anything left for me to snitch. A simple “Kenai no” and I redirect.

Bark-o-meter: 2/10. On a recent car ride, I went an hour and a half without making a sound... until I got where I was going and saw other dogs who looked like me, then I sang the song of my people for about 20 seconds. They sang back.
Shedding meter: Huskies shed a lot, but it is part of our charm!
Fashion: A pair of doggles and an Iditarod tee shirt
Signature color/pattern: Red pops against my luscious fur
Best feature: My soulful eyes and my coat that looks like my father was that dude on the cover of every romance novel ever.
Things I would love to do some day: Roll in the snow. Run the Iditarod. Nap in front of a stone fireplace.
Walk out song: Enter Sandman by Metallica. That song ROCKS.
Favorite season: Winter. Because I LOOOOOOVE winter. And the snow. And the cold. And the snow.
Personality: I am social, happy, and curious. I love being the center of the universe, and would love it if you worshipped me. Bonus points if you work at home or if I can come to work with you!
Wish list: A soft bed of my own, a large yard to play in (bonus points if it has a fence so I can play all day!), a bowl of food, and someone with Husky experience to love me just as I am!

Kenai can pull on the leash if he sees a squirrel or if he is otherwise enticed by a small creature that looks interesting. Then our casual walk turns into a not-so-casual run. If you have Huskies, you KNOW.

Kenai is also not fond of crates. We do not know why this is, and luckily he is good in the house without getting into mischief. He also loves car rides, and prefers to sit shotgun, but will ride in the back.
