He us on schedule to be neutered so his adoption fee is if adopted with neutered contract. Kelso is upnto date on shots and chipped. He loves to play, run with all size dogs. He loves all people and dog friendly kids. He is quite unique looking and has a great personality. Kelso walks well on a leash and is crate trained.
