Meet Kelso

Kelso came in as a owner surrender with several other pom mixes. He is very sweet but shy at first until he gets to know you. He needs some TLC and lots of love! He is said to be 7 years old but he will be aged by the vet soon. He came in with ear infections but he is on meds for that and was severely matted so he had to be clipped. His back was shaved prior to arriving here for unknown reasons and the fur never grew back. He has to wear a light jacket when he is outside where there is no protection from the sun other wise he will get a sunburn.
