Keeva is breath taking. With those sky blue eyes and his crisp white fur mottled with gorgeous black markings..well he truly is a head turner. But we don't want folks to adopt Keeva because he is stunning. We'd like to have folks read about the Husky breed. Huskies are very smart, quick learners and loyal. Huskies tend to have a high prey drive, so furry babies who may enter your backyard at a minimum will be chased. His foster family has cats, and when he is on walks he does not appear to be interested in chasing them.
Keeva is energetic with a lot of puppy left in him. He would do great with a family who would interact with him and like to take daily walks. He'd also do well with someone who is home more. Keeva has been crate trained but like most dogs, Huskies don't do well indefinitely being crated. That's because they love to run and they love to run and have tons of fun. Huskies tend to have that free spirit and because they do love to run it's imperative to never have them off of a leash unless in a secured fenced in yard.
We'd like to talk about that sweet personality. When this kiddo looks at you ...well not only will those blue eyes melt you, but when Keeva looks at you it's as if he can see your soul and you get a beautiful glimpse into his soul. Keeva would do better with older children. Huskies like to curl into a ball next to you and on you. Keeva would be a wonderful loving addition to a loving family.
