Hello! You want me to describe myself in 3 words and to be honest? Okay, here goes: sweet, snuggly and a little lazy. If that describes what you’re looking for, let's delve into the rest of my “profile."

My name is Kaylaa and I’ve had that name for 10 years. My owners had to surrender me because of an extreme change in their circumstances. They loved me and it is hard on all of us, but I told them not to worry about me because I am sure I’ll find a new home. So this 80-pound English Bulldog is looking for my next family to love.

I’m low maintenance. I’m housebroken, I love sleeping in my crate, and I don’t really jump on furniture — a little too stocky and short, I'm told, but I prefer to believe I am just polite. Another great thing about me is that I have no food issues and take treats very gently.

Walks are wonderful and I enjoy my time during them, although I’m not a big fan of long hikes. I also do great on car rides. Other dogs are no problem for me and, as a bonus, I even get along with cats.

Are you my forever family? Do you need a wiggly-butt tail-wagger who doles out kisses in exchange for belly rubs? If so, then fill out an application on me, Kaylaa, I promised my old family I would find you so we can all be happy again.

If we do not receive any communication from you, the dog may be adopted out at our event prior to 12 pm if the perfect home comes along. :-)

However, visual breed identification is unreliable. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog’s individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess. Dogs are individuals.
