Kayak Australian Shepherd Troy, IL

One thing we love about Kayak is that he doesn't care about personal space. Wherever you are is where he wants to be and he will happily track your every move. This 6-month-old Australian shepherd puppy is very lovable and playful. He is smitten with any kind of toy and any kind of living thing. He adores playing with other dogs, thinks kids and humans are spectacular, and will try his best to get a cat to be his BFF.

Kayak is hearing impaired, so he's learning hand signals. He is very treat-motivated and eager to learn more. He's doing well with potty training and working on crate training. He has lots of puppy energy, but also has very calm moments where he wants to cuddle or will take a nap.

Kayak's very favorite things are running, playing with toys, and giving kisses. He's so smart and athletic that he'd likely excel at agility or dog sports. Kayak wants an active family with a physical, fenced-in yard. He'd love to have another playful dog buddy and a human who will cuddle with him. Kayak is being fostered in the St. Louis area.
