Meet Kaya

Kaya is a golden retriever mix. She is selective about her canine friends and could be okay in a home with another compatible dog. Any kids in the home would need to be older. She is good on leash and likes to play. She would make a good walking partner or just a cuddler. Kaya is on a maintenance prescription for her pancreas. She requires a securely fenced yard connected to an exit door of the home, fence must be at least 4 feet high, no invisible fences.

Kaya is 4 years old. Her current weight is around 70 pounds.

The minimum donation for Kaya is $475.00. This includes all of her vetting. If you are interested in Kaya, please fill out an online application through our website.

Then meet her at the shelter during adoption hours on Saturdays and Sundays 10 - 2pm by appointment only. All members of the household need to meet the dog you are interested in. Vet records for any current or previous pets need to be provided. If all goes well, home visits are done prior to adoption, and you must be within reasonable distance for that to be accomplished.
