Meet Kay! A 4yo, 40-pound smart sweetheart excited to find her forever home.

Kay enjoys going for walks or jogs, chasing squirrels, and playing with her squeaky toys. She is so loving and will never say no to snuggling up on the couch. She is also a curious observer and loves to watch the world around her.

When her human is out, she does great roaming the home but is also crate trained if you prefer. She would be smitten to have a fenced yard in a suburban environment with space to roam.

Cats are not her thing and dogs are not really either so a home without other pets is what she is looking for. Her adult humans are her world!

Kay is looking for an adult-only home that will give her the love, exercise and companionship she craves!


Her adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, & Bordetella), HW and flea/tick preventative, and microchip implant and registration.

There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best guess.

Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

Due to post-adoption services provided, it is Pet Haven's policy to only place dogs into homes within a 75-mile radius of the Minneapolis, MN city center.
