Kamalani Border Collie & Pit Bull Terrier Mix Manhattan, KS

Woof, Woof, Waggle Waggle! My name is Kamalani, which in Hawaiian means royal or heavenly child.
Do you have a doggy that wants to play?
Do you have kids who will run and play with me but not be mean?

If you have kitties I am very interested in them but if they swat my nose I will back off.
My mom has taught me to kennel, sit and down. I’m learning to walk on a leash. I am really good with other dogs and kids. I come when you call me at the dog park. I am housebroken with a dog door and will whine in the kennel or by the door if it is shut to go outside. If you take too long to get there I will howl. So far I will respect a toddler fence and not jump over. Mom keeps me in the kitchen to keep me out of mischief.
I am used to eating what I want and I don’ t overeat. I love water and if I have too much I used to play in it, so mom uses a stainless steel bowl with a wide bottom so I can’t tip it over. If I am bored I will rip up whatever I can reach and dig holes in the yard, but if you wear me out mom says “I am such a good girl.” After playing I love to snuggle on the couch. Mom figures in about 3-4 months I will calm down some as I should be about a year old sometime the end of January!
She doesn’t know what breed I am but the best guess of the vet is something with pitt and border collie, possibly some lab because I love retrieving. I can’t promise to be good all the time because I hate being alone and just have to find something to do.
