Meet Kaiser
Kaiser was recently rescued from the Castaic Animal Shelter after being found as a stray. He’s approximately 2 and weighs 60 pounds
He loves his humans, but needs to be the only pet. Kaiser is completely deaf, but, quickly learned hand signals at the shelter, where he was a volunteer favorite
