X URGENT!!! RESCUE ONLY DUE TO FEAR- APPROX 1 yr SHY MALE CHOW MIX PUPPY- IN NEED OF RESCUE AND PATIENT FOSTER OR WILL BE EUTHANIZED SOON!

We are in immediate need of finding a savvy foster and rescue for this adorable but sweet and scared young male chow mix who was dumped and then surrendered to a very full kill shelter.
The shelter said, "the only details the owner left for us was that they were surrendering due to cost." They didn't even leave his name apparently so we have named him "Justin".
This young dog has no reported medical issues at this time. He is listed as a 1 year old chow mix but seems to have another spitz breed in him too, and possibly some shepherd.
A volunteer provided us many nice videos we will be posting on Facebook, or can share. He's apparently scared as the owner may have hit him sadly given how he moves away right now.
The shelter has thus made him Rescue Only at this time - meaning he can only be pulled by a rescue partner. However, rescues need fosters to save.
Therefore, if you can foster, or are interested to adopt, or foster to adopt Justin, or can just pledge for his rescue, please contact robinmorgan@cox.net or Southern California Chow Chow Rescue Network asap who is trying to find placement before he is killed. We will try to pair fosters or interested parties to foster to adopt through a rescue group.
